Phil Bennett- Walnut Street Supervisor
Phil Bennett came to Easy Does It as a client in December of 2012, with the mindset that he would stay for 6 months, and then move on. He successfully completed the Easy Does It residential program in August of 2015, and began working for EDI as a Resident Aid in September of 2015. He then became a House Manager, and was hired on as the full time Case Manager, and Supervisor of our Walnut Street Facility.
Phil is also EDI’s representative on the Berks County Coalition to End Homelessness members committee. In addition, Phil works with the at risk population, primarily young adults 18-25, through a collaboration with Youth Build. He teaches life skills classes and is a mentor to those who struggle living a substance free life.
In his free time, Phil enjoys golfing, going to the beach, travelling, and photography. Phil is extremely fortunate to work for Easy Does It so that he can show people that it is possible to live a life of recovery.
