Scott Althouse

Executive Director



Prior to joining EDI as Executive Director, Scott worked at The Gate House in Lancaster County, a licensed drug and alcohol service provider with approximately 100 beds. As Director of Development and Administration, Scott was instrumental in expanding client services.
Scott has also worked as an environmental attorney, representing and advocating for Native American rights across the western United States. Since returning to his hometown of Lititz, PA he has focused his attention on helping those recovering from addiction, including raising funds for treatment and supporting community initiatives to combat the devastating opioid epidemic.
Scott enjoys sharing his story to help others on their journey to recovery. An avid fisherman, Philadelphia sports fan, and dog lover, Scott resides with his wife Chelsea in Lititz.

Charles Dixon

Director of Operations



Prior to joining EDI as Director of Operations, Charles worked at White Deer Run for over  15 years in multiple roles ranging from a behavior technician, counselor and Director of Clinical Services. Charles is currently a Licensed Social Worker and is Certified as an Alcohol and Drug counselor. He has worked as a Clinical director since 2012 helping to assist staff and clients in clinical services within a residential treatment facility. Charles also has been working in a private practice setting in Bethlehem, Pa since 2016 engaging in individual, couples and family counseling.  Charles is married and resides in Bethlehem with his wife Lindsay and his son Cameron. In his off time Charles enjoys long distance running, yoga, engaging in spiritual activities, and sporting events. Charles is a person in long term recovery since 2003 and has served in the United States Navy from 1998- 2003.

Amy Incledon

House Manager



Amy was born and raised in Reading, PA. She started her career path in the retail industry. In 2004, she went on to become a licensed cosmetologist and is still active in the field to this day. Amy realized she enjoys working with people, helping them see the beauty within and how to show it outward. After gaining some experience in the recovery process she decided to peruse her Certified Recovery Specialist certification. She joined the team at Easy Does It, Inc. in September of 2018. Amy enjoys spending as much time as possible with her family and friends. She loves cheering for her son as he plays baseball. Whenever possible she enjoys traveling, shopping, and listening to music.

Kimberly Carlance

Community Outreach Coordinator



Kimberly Carlance is the Community Outreach Coordinator at Easy Does It, Inc. Kim started working at EDI in April 2017. Kim handles the production and management of all EDI’s annual events including the Golf Outing Fundraiser, Soberstock. As well as all of EDI’s internal and External special events such as the Halloween party, Thanksgiving, Holiday events, and the end of year New Year’s Gala. Kimberly also manages all the rentals of the large 350-person Fellowship Hall at EDI. Hosting events such as receptions, quinceaneras, community dinners, family events, conferences and recovery events.

She is focused on increasing community awareness of Easy Does It, Inc. and the services we provide to the community!!

Olga Corcino

Admission Coordinator



Olga Corcino is EDI’s Admission Coordinator. She has a background in Customer Service, Recruiting and Risk Management. Her Volunteer efforts with various non-profit organizations in Berks County allowed her to want to become part of the EDI family and become part of the road to recovery for individuals. When she is not at work, she is enjoying her time with her children and fur babies.

Sean Malak

Recovery Support Specialist



Sean Malak is a person in recovery who started working in the field as a house manager in 2017.  Sean hopes to give back and make a difference in the lives of recovering people as a Recovery Support Specialist.  Sean also enjoys long distance running, photography and discussing film studies.

Don Senior

Recovery Support Specialist



Don Senior was born and raised in South Jersey, moved to Philadelphia as a young adult. Don has been in the Reading area for a few years now, after seeking treatment at local treatment center. Don is very grateful to be a member of the EDI team and sharing his experience and help give hope to others in recovery. Don enjoys working with the residents of EDI on a daily basis. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and the friends who have enriched his life in sobriety. When not working, Don looks forward to spending time at the Jersey shore, and giving back to the recovery program that has given him a life beyond his wildest dreams.

David Filipini

Recovery Support Specialist



David J. Filipini is a Recovery Support Specialist at EDI since 2015 and has spent his career helping others. For the first ten years of his career, he worked as a teacher of English, Writing, and Alternative Education. Today he utilizes these skills most clearly as an instructor in two EDI programs, CRS Training and Adult Stoplift, as well as in his everyday work with EDI residents. For the second ten years of his career, David dedicated himself to working as a Mental Health Professional, in both the Family-based and BHRS modalities. That experience has proven valuable each day at EDI in its mission to help others to help themselves in recovery from Substance Abuse Disorder. He looks at his work today as urgent and necessary, given the opioid epidemic plaguing America today.

In his free time, David has been an ace musician fronting several regionally known bands. Though retired today, he looks back fondly at a celebrated career whose highlights include opening for Johnny Cash in 1996 and penning the song “Rock N Roll Party,” recorded by Philadelphia’s Charlie Gracie on Abkco Records.

Franklin Lucas

Facilities Manager



Franklin Lucas is EDI’s Facilities Manager, he has a background in construction, management, and technical building design. He is an Associate of Science and continuing to pursue his degrees, he also holds a Certified Recovery Specialist certificate.

As a person in long-term recovery, Franklin practices a holistic or gestalt approach towards optimizing health and well being. In his free time, he pursues the arts and entertainment while caring for his grandparents and their property

Bruce Nichols

Transportation Team Member



Bruce has been a valued part of the transportation team for many years at Easy Does It, Inc. He enjoys supporting our clients in their path to long term recovery by helping them get to the jobs, meetings, appointments, and supportive social events. Our transportation team really makes a difference in the lives of residents at EDI.

Colleen Elliot-McEvoy

Recovery Support Specialist



Colleen was born and raised in New Jersey. She now enjoys living in Lancaster PA. Prior to joining the team at EDI, Colleen worked for at an inpatient drug and alcohol facility. She previously co-facilitated the family education program and really enjoyed providing that particular service. Colleen is grateful to be part of the team here at EDI and is happy to be able to share her experience with clients on a daily basis. In her spare time, Colleen enjoys visiting her two children in college in New Jersey. She is always striving to give back to the program that helped save her life.

Robert Custer

House Manager



Rob Custer is a House Manager for Easy Does It and is in long term recovery. This means he has not used drugs, alcohol or any mind altering substances in 11+ years.

Rob started as a part-time house manager at EDI in 2017 and is now the fulltime House Manager for our male client-residents. Rob brings his wisdom and knowledge along with experience, strength and hope. It is Rob’s mission to assist all residents in their journey to rise above the devastating effects of addiction.

Rob is a Certified Recovery Specialist and holds multiple other certifications from the Pennsylvania Certification Board. Rob enjoys hobbies such as coaching baseball, hiking, bicycling, and still plays multiple sports.

Yvonne Orender

House Manager



Yvonne became a member of the Easy Does It team in March of 2019. Yvonne knew she wanted to help others on their path to recovery after losing her brother to the epidemic. She hopes to share her experience, strength, and hope with others. She was born and raised in Bethlehem, Pa. Her hobbies include reading, crafts and volunteering at her church.
