Cheyenne’s Story: Two Years Sober and Thriving

Before coming to Easy Does It, Cheyenne was exhausted from life in addiction. Encouraged by her probation officer to give EDI a try, she found more than just a recovery program—she found a family. "From day one, I felt supported—not just by staff, but by people who truly care,” she shares. Her Recovery Support Specialist, Mike, and the R3 Program played a major role in helping her reach two years of sobriety. "If it weren’t for the support here, I’d probably still be in addiction.” Now 43, Cheyenne is in recovery for the first time—and proud of how far she’s come. "I’ve reconnected with my family, gained stability, and I’m just a happier person. I no longer feel afraid of being on my own. I don’t see myself relapsing.” To others unsure about taking the first step, she offers this: "You won’t be alone here. Everyone is on your side.
