View entries to the application

The form is built using Cognito Forms. To interact with the form go to https://www.cognitoforms.com/

From there you will need to login with the credentials provided in the Cognito forms row of the spreadsheet.

To see the entries, highlight the application that is on your site and click the entries link.

Click the entry you would like to see the full answers for.

From there you can view and print the application.

Edit the application

To make edits to the application, highlight the application that is on your site and click build.
